which is a good diet plan / exercise for beginners?
I decided to start losing weight and I am trying to find a plan and exercise is good death that will work for me. I am a little overweight (not much but I can stand to lose a few kilos). My husband and I are trying to conceive and if I lose weight and change my diet, maybe we'll have more luck. If someone has a good diet plan works for them and help increase fertility please let me know. I am also starting yoga poses with some beginning I found online, but I would like a live exercise plan that can help me lose weight. Thank you.
